Today is a triumphant day for Dreamers and their families.  The Supreme Court decided in a 5-4 decision in favor of DACA recipients and found that the September 5, 2017 rescission of DACA was unlawful based upon the failure to meet regulatory APA guidelines.  Thus, those with DACA remain in DACA status and can continue to extend their status under DACA, for now.  It is believed that the Trump administration will attempt to rescind this policy again, however when that may occur is yet to be determined and for now, the immigrant community should mayor this victory.
